We are a centrally-located, 2-bedroom unit, just a 3 minute walk to the Salem Common. Originally built in 1869, recent renovations blend historical character with modern style. There are 9 foot ceilings throughout the unit which can make even a cozy 2 bedroom feel like a more spacious retreat. This space would be perfect for a family or multiple couples. Enter to find yourself immersed in our rich color palette and thoughtfully curated decor. Our living room features a large sectional and a TV with a Roku for streaming with high-speed WiFi, perfect for a movie night or watching your favorite shows. The striking teal kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. It was recently updated to add a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The full bathroom was completely renovated this year in gleaming white tile with sage green accents. There are two bedrooms that can sleep up to five guests. The larger bedroom evokes a celestial vibe with its stunning ceiling wallpaper. It features amethyst colored walls and a king-sized bed under the stars. ✨ Bedroom two has its own boho-chic aesthetic with a queen bed and a twin trundle underneath. For comfort in all seasons, the space is equipped with air conditioning for warmer weather and Smart thermostats for the heat in the cooler months. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. This is a two-family home with entirely separate and distinct living units. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a 1st floor unit in a historic, two-family home. August through November there will most likely be other people staying in the Airbnb above you, and sometimes you may hear them. This is a historic home, and we appreciate you understanding the quirks of an old home! This unit is street parking only. Street parking is free and available most of the year. However, September 15-November 1, street parking needs a visitor pass. If given advance notice, one visitor parking pass can be granted September 15-November 1. Do you have a larger group and wish you could spread out more and have the whole place to yourselves? Our entire home (7 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 17) is potentially available for renting all together on certain dates. Please send us an inquiry and we can provide more information. The Collins Cove Rail trail is a 2 minute walk, with a Blue Bikes station just a 4 minute walk away on Webb Street, close to the intersection of Bridge Street and Webb Street. Due to scheduling restraints, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check outs.
